“Frankfurt on Foot Walking Tours” is a small, privately run tour company founded in 2008. For 19 years, we’ve had the joy of welcoming guests from around the world and sharing the very best of Frankfurt with them — every day, in sunshine or in rain.
We believe the BEST way to see Frankfurt is the green way, walking on foot, going inside the many historic buildings of the city, feeling the history that infuses every stone that we walk over.

Our tour guides are long-time residents of Frankfurt who are genuinely passionate about sharing their adopted city with everyone who joins their tours. Who We Are
Anne is originally from Salt Lake City and has lived and worked in the Frankfurt area for more than a decade. She loves this city and enjoys sharing it with visitors. She is a member of the Gästeführer Verein Deutschland (BVGD). Together with a talented team of guides, she introduces guests to Frankfurt’s highlights and stories.
Frankfurt on Foot was founded with care and enthusiasm by Jo and Dave, a couple from Columbus, Ohio, who built the company with a warm, welcoming spirit.
